Recently a client of ours asked us to add Mail Merge functionality as
they were spending a lot of time retyping over 30 letters in Microsoft
Word. We simply added buttons which opened the Word template and completed
the relevant fields such as Address, ID number, Case Name, Reference
and more.

by selecting the Attendance Type the system automatically completes
the Billing hourly rate per handler with Stop watch timing.
Set Prompts or To Do's for yourself or other users
There is no need to purchase expensive server systems to run Microsoft
Exchange. By using CaseMaker, you can set prompts in the solution for
each Case, such as reminding your associate to send an e-mail to the
